TRONGO is an independent learning and information platform for martial arts. We cover technique, tactics, rules, history, equipment, nutrition, injury prevention and the values of the martial arts — factually, with attention to sources, and for beginners as much as for advanced practitioners.
We stand for respect, fairness and safety in sport and reject the glorification of violence. Our content is not a substitute for training under qualified supervision and not medical advice. Wherever content touches on health — such as weight cutting, head injuries or return to training after injury — we explicitly point to medical assessment.
TRONGO is editorially independent of federations, promotions and equipment manufacturers. The platform is free of advertising and free of cookies; no tracking takes place. Paid content or partnerships would be labelled as such.
